  Reports are prepared solely for the named client and for the purposes stated in the service agreement. They may not be relied upon by any third party without PrevenTech's prior written consent, and no third party acquires any rights under our engagements.

  PrevenTech is not an insurance carrier, agent, broker, or producer. Policy reviews and consultations are informational only, are not insurance advice, and are not a recommendation to purchase, keep, or change any coverage. Insurance decisions rest with the client and the client's licensed insurance professional.

  Inspection scheduling depends on weather, site conditions, and client cooperation. Where events beyond PrevenTech's reasonable control cause delay, PrevenTech will notify the client and complete the work as promptly as practicable.

  PrevenTech does not control and cannot guarantee any insurance outcome, including whether a claim is accepted, how a policy is interpreted, or the amount of any payment. Reports document observed conditions; how a carrier weighs that documentation is the carrier's decision alone.

  No inspection can identify every condition. Latent, concealed, or intermittent defects may exist that a visual inspection cannot reveal, and PrevenTech does not guarantee that every defect, damage condition, or source of loss will be identified.

  PrevenTech is not a Public Adjuster (PA) firm. As such, our office does not manage claims on our clients' behalf.

  Comparative (secondary) reinspections are triggered by documented weather events as defined in the service agreement. Whether a weather event is severe enough to warrant a complimentary secondary inspection is determined by PrevenTech at its sole discretion, based on the documented severity of the event and the conditions observed at the property. A reinspection produces a comparative report and is not an emergency response, mitigation, or repair service.

  An inspection or report is not a warranty, guarantee, or insurance policy of any kind, and it does not certify that a property is safe, sound, or free of defects.

  PrevenTech clients must maintain contact and act on their own behalf with the insurance carrier.

  PrevenTech cannot and does not serve as agent or representative to its clients, manage or hold client funds in trust, or communicate directly with the insurance carrier.

  PrevenTech does not provide engineering, architectural, or code-compliance services, and its reports do not certify structural integrity or compliance with any building code, ordinance, or regulation. Where a report notes a condition that warrants specialist evaluation, the client is responsible for engaging the appropriate licensed professional.

  PrevenTech's role is strictly limited to that of a hired consultant and is only authorized to advise its clients and produce evidence-based damage reports.

  PrevenTech's services depend on accurate information and safe site access provided by the client. PrevenTech is not responsible for conclusions affected by inaccurate or incomplete information, or for areas that were inaccessible or unsafe at the time of inspection.

  Pricing comparisons, savings figures, and market-rate references on this website are estimates drawn from published industry data. They are illustrative, vary by market and property, and are not a promise of savings in any specific case.

  PrevenTech inspections are visual and non-invasive, and are limited to areas that are safely and readily accessible on the day of inspection. We do not perform destructive testing, move equipment or stored materials, or open concealed spaces.

  To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrevenTech's total liability arising out of any service is limited to the fees actually paid for that service, and PrevenTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, denied or reduced insurance recoveries, or diminution in property value.

  Unless expressly agreed in writing, PrevenTech does not test for mold, asbestos, lead, radon, pests, or other environmental or biological hazards.
