PrevenTech Facility Solutions, LLC (“PrevenTech,” “we,” “us”) provides commercial property inspection and documentation services, based in New Orleans, LA. This policy describes how we handle information collected through www.preventechfs.com(the “Site”) and in the course of providing our services. We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide directly: name, company, email address, phone number, property addresses and details, and any information you submit through our pricing calculator, quote requests, booking forms, chat, or checkout flow.
• Agreement acceptance records: when you accept our service agreement online, we record the date and time of acceptance, your IP address, browser information, the exact published version of the agreement you were shown, and the name, company, and email you provide. We keep these records to document the formation of the agreement.
• Usage information: pages visited, links clicked, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

• To provide, schedule, and deliver inspection services and reports.
• To generate quotes, process enrollments, and administer contracts.
• To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
• To send service communications and, only with your consent where required, marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site, including analytics.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us operate, such as hosting (Netlify), database services (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), scheduling (Cal.com), customer messaging (Intercom), analytics (Google Analytics), email delivery, and photo documentation (CompanyCam) — each bound to use your data only to provide their service to us.
• Professional advisors and authorities where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.
• Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for core functionality (such as keeping an admin session active), analytics (Google Analytics 4, which helps us understand how visitors use the Site), and customer chat (Intercom). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some Site features. Google Analytics data is collected in aggregate and configured without advertising features.

• Marketing opt-out — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out of any marketing channel by contacting us.
• Access, correction, deletion — you may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information by emailing Contact@PrevenTechFS.com. We will honor requests except where we must retain records (for example, contract acceptance records and invoices) to satisfy legal, tax, or contractual obligations.
• State privacy rights — depending on where you live (including Texas and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have additional rights regarding access, deletion, correction, and portability. We honor verified requests consistent with applicable law and do not discriminate for exercising them.

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — contract and acceptance records are retained for the life of the agreement plus applicable limitation periods. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you as required by law.

Our services are business-to-business and not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

The Site embeds third-party tools (such as Cal.com booking and Intercom chat) and may link to external sites. Those services operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below reflects the latest revision; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
