Who We Are
Proof, before the storm.
PrevenTech documents the condition of commercial buildings before a storm, so the owner has a dated, defensible baseline if they file a claim.
We’re building a network of vetted, qualified inspectors across all 50 states.

Bring in the client

Paid When The Client Pays
Your money follows theirs.
Clients choose how they pay us, and that choice sets the rhythm of what reaches you. Either way, it is the same total.
Client pays yearly, or one-time
One lump sum payment. Inspection pay starts within 24 hours of completing your batch. Commission within 7 days of completing the sale.
Client pays monthly
Twelve equal payments. The first within 24 hours of completing your batch, the rest within 7 days of each client payment. Commission follows the same clock.
A monthly client pays you more. Those plans cost more over the term, and your commission is a share of every payment.
